For both cancellation and return of products, we will refund the amount within 8-10 business days. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Replacement for Jewellery, pebble art, hand-painted bottle and wall art is not possible as each product under these categories are unique.
Yes, you can return all the products. However, we will not accept the returns if:
Products made to your specifications or are clearly personalized
Products are tampered
Products are returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, price sticker and manufacturer's packaging if any
Products return request is raised after 3 days of receiving the product
